Planning process:
- Choose 1 pose from the options above.
- Choose 1 color palette/vibe: pick an existing art of mine or send me references (songs/moodboards/pictures/etc)!
- Send any visual/written reference of your characters. ^{(Complex character clothing will be simplified but kept coherent.)}
- Free optional add-on (pick one): 1) purikura stickers 2) speech bubbles
- The background will be white or minimal (depends on the artwork's vibes).Creation process:
- Timeline: draft, lineart, rendered version. I'll update you with a progress picture per stage.
- Revisions: 2 minor revisions for each stage.

By commissioning me, the client agrees to all of my terms.
Failure to comply with these terms will result in permanent blacklisting from future commissions.General
- My rates might change in the future.
- I have the right to deny any commission request for any reason
- Disrespectful and/or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
- Clients must provide clear and complete visual references when submitting a request. I am not responsible for missing details if they were not included in the provided materials.
- The commission is a customized digital drawing. No physical product is delivered.Payment
- Full Payment Upfront for commissions under EUR 150 via Paypal Invoice (commission + paypal reception fees).
- Client agrees to pay the due amount upfront for commissions under EUR 150, or to pay half the invoice total upfront. The other half has to be paid on approval of the initial sketch. Work will be put on hold until the full amount has been received.
- Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.
- If the client fails to fulfill the remaining payment within 30 Days or until the final delivery date (if it is near the final delivery date), the commission will be considered finished and I will send the files to the client as it is without refunding the payments that have already been made.
- It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.Refunds
- No refund and cancellation after I started working on the commission.
If the client is not satisfied with the piece, I will not give any refunds or redo the piece.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes after delivery will result in immediate blacklisting and revocation of usage rights.
- If for any reason I am unable to finish the commission within my Turnaround time, depending on how much progress has been made for the commission, a partial (20% minimum) to full refund will be given.Revisions (please keep in mind that this will affect the TAT)
- Couple YCH: 2 minor changes (color, placement) can be done per stage (sketch, lineart, basic colors).
- Classic comm: 1 major revision allowed up until the clean draft/sketch phase. 2 additional minor revisions allowed per stage (sketch, lineart, basic colors).
- Mistake(s) from my end (getting wrong character's design) does not affect the revision allotment.
- Extra revisions will be charged (price depends on the complexity of the revision(s)).- Minor revisions: small adjustments such as adding small details (with no need to redraw the piece) and slight colour adjustments.
- Major revisions: significant adjustments that requires me to redraw some/whole parts of the piece, significant colour adjustments (changes to base colour, etc), changes in expressions, added details that are not initially requestedSchedule, deadlines and communication
- No Rush for personal use commissions.
- Max Turnaround Time is 6 weeks depending on the complexity, the queue, and my current IRL circumstances. I will update on my socials/trello if anything happens.
- After the drafting stages, I do not usually contact clients unless I really have to confirm something/update on progress. Feel free to contact me anytime to ask for progress pics.
- My Trello is provided to track your status for transparency.

- Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.
- The commissioned/customised art is for personal use only, unless otherwise discussed.
- I retain the right to cancel and refund any orders if something occurs that prevents me from completing the order.
- Content monetization and commercial licenses fees can be discussed first.
- If the client requires a contract or NDA, please provide it prior to payment for preview and agreement.Personal Usage includes:
- Social media posts and profile usage (with proper credit)
- Physical products production for personal display / gifts such as photocards, artprints, stickers, keychains, etc in limited quantities* and to be distributed without charge (not for sale).Content Monetization includes:
- Stream assets (overlays, emotes, VTuber/PNGtuber models, etc)
- Digital merchandise for sale
- Asset(s) usage as part of creating and distributing commercial and monetized digital content which are promotional, streaming or branding usageCommercial License Fee includes:
- Everything on the Content Monetization part
- Physical products for sale
The client may not mint, reproduce, or repurpose my work for resale, AI datasets, or training purposes — even under a commercial license.Copyright
- I retain all copyrights over my artworks therefore I am allowed to use my finished commission pieces (the watermarked version) for my portfolio and redistribute them on my socials unless stated otherwise.
- I will not claim the Intellectual Property (IP) of the commissioned work
- Clients do not claim ownership of copyright of the commissioned piece, only licensed usage rights
If the client wishes to post a modified commission piece, it needs to be stated that the work has been modified.The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms and/ or use the work in blockchain tokenization a.k.a NFTs
- Feeding it to AI
- Claiming the artwork as your own
- Removing my signature from the artworkFile delivery
- I deliver only digital products, there will be no physical product being shipped.
- The final piece will be delivered digitally via Google Drive Folder in high-resolution JPEG format (unless otherwise agreed).
- Raw files (PSD/CSP) are not included unless agreed upon.
- Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.Privacy
- Both parties (Seller and client) agree not to disclose each other’s legal or personal information (e.g. Full name) unless agreed otherwise between parties or legally required to during the process and after the commission.
